Kitchen knife in floral mosaic and Gordion knot opposing twist edges. The forge welded bolster is a mosaic slice of the edge material.

This steel is the first produced in the new space here in Istanbul.

The handle is black and white g10, and dyed and stabilized maple. Weighs in at 175g. 210mm blade length, 45mm at the heel, 345mm overall. The edge is quite thin on this one, finished on cretan stones from Cyrpus, comes shaving sharp, as you would expect.
